The RFP Details
The RFP is being issued by True Patriot Love, inviting interested candidates to submit proposals outlining their approach to supporting us in embracing modern technology for enhanced efficiency. The RFP provides comprehensive information about True Patriot Love, the project objectives, terms and conditions, project description and activities, deliverables, and submission instructions. It is essential for candidates to carefully review and adhere to the requirements outlined in the RFP.
Submission and Review Process
True Patriot Love will review all proposals completed and received by the submission date (by 5pm EDT on Friday, August 11). We encourage interested candidates to seek clarification about the RFP by sending written inquiries via email to hr@truepatriotlove.com. Please note that direct contact with individuals employed by True Patriot Love or members of the Board of Directors regarding this RFP is not permitted.
Responses to candidate questions will be compiled into a document, which will be shared with all candidates by 5pm EDT on Friday, August 4. It is important to note that any costs incurred in the preparation of the proposal are the responsibility of the candidate, and all supporting documentation submitted will be retained by True Patriot Love and not returned.
Selection and Contract
True Patriot Love reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal submitted, regardless of the cost, and may negotiate the cost and work schedule with the approved candidate. The successful candidate, upon approval, will be required to comply with True Patriot Love’s privacy policy and other relevant policies included in the contract.
