Captain Nichola Goddard Women in Leadership Series

‍

The Captain Nichola Goddard Women in Leadership Series began in 2018 to honour the memory of Captain Nichola Goddard, the first Canadian woman soldier to lose her life in a combat role.

Hosted by True Patriot Love in cities across Canada, the Annual Captain Nichola Goddard Women in Leadership Series features insightful panel discussions with servicewomen and female Veterans. It’s an evening of inspiration and frank conversation about leadership from a female perspective.

The Goddard Leadership Series is also a unique networking opportunity for civilian business professionals and members of the military to meet and learn from each other, strengthening professional networks as well as the connection between Canadians and our military.

The 2027 Leadership Series will take place in Halifax, Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver.

The Goddard Leadership Series is a fundraiser for the Captain Nichola Goddard Fund. In partnership with Nichola’s family, the fund has disbursed over $1.1 million to a diverse range of programs, including programs for operational stress injuries and PTSD, support for servicewomen leaving the Forces for civilian life, therapeutic arts programs, and many more.

Sponsorship opportunities for the 2027 Goddard Leadership Series are available. Contact our events team at events@truepatriotlove.com.
