It is a great pleasure to share the final report from the Veteran Transition Advisory Council (VTAC). This report is full of insightful information that illustrates the unique challenges Veterans face when relieved from service and begin to transition to civilian life.

This report addresses the underemployment of Veterans and highlights the resources available to assist with a successful transition. It is our hope that through this study Veterans and Canadian employers will better understand how military occupation skill sets are transferable to civilian work.
